Tales & Scales brings the creative process alive for students through interactive workshops given in the classroom!
During the workshop, students will actively explore the connections between music, story, theater and creative movement under the guidance of a Tales & Scales teaching artist. Through improvisation in the arts, students will engage their imaginations and generate ideas for story creation, while learning to work collaboratively with each other and embrace self-expression through the performing arts.
Each of the Tales & Scales artists can accommodate up to 25 students during one workshop session. Workshops are typically 45 minutes in length and are designed for grades K-5.
